The Party of European Socialists (PES) brings together the Socialist, Social Democratic, Labour and Democratic Parties from all over the European Union, United Kingdom, and Norway. Together with 33 full member parties, and 12 associate and 12 observer parties, the PES fights for a better and more progressive Europe. The PES policy on International Affairs and Cooperation supports integration and reinforcing cooperation with neighbours using dialogue as the tool. It further supports fair and balanced trade agreements to promote peace and economic development.
