The Green Party in the United Kingdom is a democratic organisation in which their members from all walks of life and not only professional politicians, decide on policy. The policy process produces an organic and evolving document known as ‘Policies for a Sustainable Society or PSS, that reflects the party’s current priorities and principles. This policy document addresses the contract of employment, discrimination, time and leave, income and economic security, self-employed traders and workers, trade unionism, and industrial relations.
