The ANC Consolidated Report on Organisational Renewal has three parts. Part A deals with strengthening organisational capacity and structures. Section 19 deals with member recruitment and induction with a resolution to implement a modernised technologically-enabled membership system to speed up delivery of membership cards and allow for electronic membership renewal and discourage gatekeeping.
