The ANC Consolidated Report on Organisational Renewal has three parts. Part A deals with strengthening organisational capacity and structures. Section 27 details the role of regional governance committees in monitoring and directing ANC in local government and providing a space for accountability between councillors and the ANC structures serving the same people.
