The ANC Consolidated Report on Organisational Renewal has three parts. Part A deals with strengthening organisational capacity and structures. Section 22 deals with building election capacity,; building a national data base to track campaign work and progress of municipal service delivery programmes; strengthening communication capacity and training; participation in ward demarcations; building a culture of respect for democracy and tolerance during elections; and the involvement of communities in the process of selection of ANC councillors prior to finalisation.
