Overview and Use Case

The ANC Constitution (Rules 10-23) prescribes the powers, duties, functions and elections of internal leadership, which includes: the National Conference which is the highest ruling and controlling body in the ANC; the National General Council which may be convened by the National Executive Committee from time to time; the National Executive Committee; the National Working Committee; the Electoral Commission; the National Finance Committee; Provincial Conference; Provincial General Council; Provincial Executive Committee; Provincial Working Committee; Regional Conference; and branches, zonal and sub-regional structures.
